Tasting notes

To taste Le Brut, is to appreciate the refined bright Chardonnay character, around a core of ripe yellow-stone fruits aromas, and the fleshy full-flavour of the Meunier and of Pinot Noir. Perfect served with finger food, with a salmon tataki, or grilled scallops. Also, with a delicately seasoned seafood and shellfish platter.
