Production notes

Soil geology is made of quaternary günzian well-drained gravels and clay gravels. Manual harvest by successive passes. Inerted slow pressing, fermentation in oak barrels. Ageing on lees, bâtonnage in French oak barrels, 55% new oak for a period of 14 months.

Tasting notes

The 2019 vintage shows all the characteristics of the great years. The white wines present exceptional quality. The cool August produced superbly balanced grapes, highlighting their aromatic profiles.
