Production notes
Poor limestone pebble soils where Grenache and Cinsault express themselves. Fairly short vatting time of 10 to 15 days. No punching down (pigeage). Only one pumping over per day during fermentation. Aging between 12 and 18 months.
Tasting notes
Fruity and refreshing, this is an everyday wine. Good length and breadth on the palate with very silky tannins. A spicy finish gives it great seduction.
