Product notes

Food and wine pairing: serve at 10 to 12°C, with seafood, fish, white meat, goat cheese, tarts and fruit desserts. This is a pleasant wine to be enjoyed on its own too. Cellaring: in the first 5 years, we can appreciate the fruit-driven aromas, which then evolve towards riper and more evolved flavors.

Production notes

Grape destemming. Separate vinification for each grape variety. Racking at 10°C. a) The Viognier, and Roussanne are first fermented in stainless still vats and then in new barrels. b) The Vermentino and Grenache have been vinified in stainless steel. Tasting notes

Colour: bright yellow with green tints Nose: very elegant with a quintessence of mango, pineapple, coconut, with vanilla notes and a floral touch, and perfectly toasted brioche. Palate: rich and powerful, with a long finish on a bed of fruit aromas.
