Product notes

Blossom Peach, a premium and authentic gin inspired by the Sierra Mariola natural park and the blossoming of Spanish orchards, is made in Alcoy (Costa Blanca) using a traditional method. Distillation is carried out in small batches of 250 litres in a traditional copper still. Produced from a high quality Spanish grain alcohol and a natural peach distillate, it benefits from a quadruple distillation which gives it freshness and aromatic intensity.

Production notes

Blossom Peach is a tribute to Spain and its landscape of blossoming peach trees. The freshly picked peaches are macerated for 7 days before going into the still. Refreshing and light, the peach adds sweetness and delicacy to the gin.

Tasting notes

Nose: Remarkable aromas of peach mingle with the intense notes of juniper. Palate: Soft and balanced, the peach blends perfectly with juniper and citrus notes.
