Product notes
Truffle Gin is a fitting accompaniment to the finest of dining. It can be also enjoyed neat or over ice and, for the cocktail’s lovers, as part of a Truffle Negroni.
Production notes
Each botanical is distilled individually to preserve the purity of its essence and tailored into a bold, surprising gin where traditional Juniper complements rich, earthy notes that evoke fresh pine. This luxurious spirit is led by white truffle from Alba in Piedmont.
Tasting notes
Bright and crystal clear. Pronounced, extraordinarily complex nose: earthy yet fresh, forest floor, pine, and mushroom. Dry palate, medium bodied. Pronounced and surprising palate as the juniper jumps immediately to the fore despite the dominance of the truffle on the nose. Multi-layered and extraordinarily complex earthy, truffle, vegetal and dense. Soft, rounded citrus note. Long finish, constantly evolving in complexity.
