Vineyards of Grenache from 10 to 15 years old planted on a plateau of the Huecha river, in the community of Aragon, in northeastern Spain.
Temperature controlled fermentation at between 22º C and 25º C in stainless steel tanks, where all the aromas are preserved. Done after a 15 days maceration period.
This wine is elaborated under organic criteria with Garnacha grape. It reflects the main features of the variety, such as red and black fruits aroma, freshness, and intensity. Delicious with a roasted pork rack, grilled chicken with spices or marinated beef flan steak.
