Production notes

Handpicking harvest. 2 successive sorting. Sustainable farming. Slow pressing, cold stabilization and fermentation in barrels. Fermentation at 20-22°C. Ageing on lees with ‘bâtonnage’ in traditional French oak barrels. 55% new oak. Ageing for a period of 12 months.

Tasting notes

The white wines are very fragrant. There is definite acidity, but this is balanced by excellent volume on the palate. A fleshy wine.

Gilbert & Gaillard Wine Guide

- 93 points -

2017 (Vintage 2013)

Guide Gilbert & Gaillard 2017 93 Robe or chatoyant.
