Production notes

Cocalières Blanc is a blend before fermentation. The plot is located at an altitude of 350 meters with a northern exposure. Clay-limestone soil with basalt. Its freshness and length characterize it. Fermentation and aging carried out in barrels (foudres).

Tasting notes

Aromas of white flowers, peaches and fennel. Iodized and mineral notes, characteristic of vines whose roots are found deep in contact with the rock. Serve as an aperitif, will also accompany fish and shellfish.
