Tasting notes

Pink peach colour. Notes of peach, melon, and orange peel with just a hint of fresh grass. Rich and smooth palate, well-balanced and pleasant liveliness. Long, fruity character. Served with light dishes such as grilled meats, salads, carbonara-style pasta, and soft cheeses.
