Product notes

Clay-limestone, clayey soils and oceanic climate. The 2023 vintage in Bordeaux region was marked by a rainy spring and a late summer. The vineyard was preserved from the mildew by team vigilance. From mid‑August onward, the first heatwaves appeared, and ripening accelerated in September, supported by cooler nights. A true Indian summer then settled in. The quality of the Cabernet Sauvignon is exceptional.

Production notes

Grande Réserva wine is crafted from vines over 60 years old. It undergoes 18 months of ageing in French oak barrels sourced from the finest forests (Tronçais, Jupille, Bertrange), bringing complexity and finesse without overshadowing the fruit.

Tasting notes

Black fruits aromas (blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry), dark chocolate and violet, offering a subtle and elegant aromatic profile. The palate shows fine concentration, depth and remarkable juiciness. Barrel ageing brings beautifully condensed tannins. The ripe fruit is lifted by a persistent freshness on the finish.
