About this winery

This a long story, the main character being the vine. The scenery is the village of Montpeyroux on the lower slopes of the Mont Baudile. Over centuries, generation after generation have cultivated the grapes. In 1989 Sylvain Fadat decide to take over the wineyards and to vinify his first harvest. In 1989, most of the 5 hectares of vines came from the place called "Aupilhac", on terraces planted mainly with the Carignan grape variety, facing south.
