The history of Marchesi Mazzei is the story of Tuscany, uniting the family and famous region since the 11th century. Production notes
Fermentation with crio-maceration at 5° C. Metodo italiano (or Charmat process) second fermentation. Ageing on lees for 4 months, (10% of the cuvee also age 2 months in tonneaux) and finally ageing in autoclave for 6 months.
Tasting notes
Andriana Rosato Brut Rosé cuvée is dedicated to Contessa Andriana Zon Marcello, founder of the Burano school of crochet during XIX Century. This wine comes from a careful clonal selection of Pinot Grigio planted in Fontanelle. Elegant, notes of elder flowers and dogrose, medium body with dry, fresh and varietal after taste.
