About this winery

Raised by the Alves family, founder of Riberalves Group, AdegaMãe is born as a tribute from the men to the family’s matriarch, Manuela Alves. At the same time, it serves as an inspiration to a place of birth and creation, in which the intention is to enhance the best grapes and to create the finest wines. GASTRONOMY International food and cheeses. REMARKS Keep the bottle lying down at a temperature of 16°C.

Production notes

Manual harvest. Total destemming. Pre-fermentative maceration for 2 days. Fermentation with controlled temperature for 15 days. P6s-fermentative maceration for 10 days. Ageing in French oak barrels for 10 months.

Tasting notes

Open red color, alive. Delicate aroma where it notes the red fruit, black cherry, the freshness of cassis and a spicy touch, all connected in a harmonious way; smooth wine, velvety tannins combined with a good acidity, fruity, finishing in an elegant and lively.
