About this winery
Raised by the Alves family, founder of Riberalves Group, AdegaMãe is born as a tribute from the men to the family’s matriarch, Manuela Alves. Product notes
Vineyards are in Ventosa, Torres Vedras in the Lisbon district. Atlantic climate and limestone soil.
Production notes
Total destemming, light pressing, cold decantation, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (15-16ºC), for 15 days. In bâtonnage for 4 months.
Tasting notes
Lively aroma with tremendous intensity boasting floral notes of jasmine and white fruit; fresh acidity on the palate, expertly balanced with a light body, but also showing a delicate unctuous quality provided by the bâtonnage; lively and intense finish.
