The 29 hectares has existed since 1902. It has belonged to the Dubost family for 80 years where 3 generations are rooted in Beaujolais. Jean-Paul Dubost is today the worthy heir of the authentic winemaking spirit transmitted by his father and grandfather. His passion for terroirs marked by minerality quickly pushed him to direct his wines towards even more personality and complexity. The wines offer the unique minerality of each plot, the intrinsic characteristics and specificities of each vintage. Jean-Paul Dubost takes the greatest care of the vines so that they express the best of themselves and produce very ripe grapes. The vines undergo very long carbonic macerations at low temperatures, resulting in crisp, rich wines of good length. On the estate's 80 plots, manual care is given to each vine. Vine cultivation is traditional: pre-pruning and evacuation of the wood, pruning of the vines from December 1 to March 30 with seven people spread over the different terroirs. Some plowing is carried out at the end of the year on the natural wine plots.
