Production notes

Clay-limestone terroir. Each grape variety is vinified separately, after destemming and pneumatic pressing. Only free-run and first press juice are used. Fermentation for 2 weeks at 17°C. Ageing on its fines lies with regular stirring for 40 days in stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes

Peachy robe colour. Notes of peach, cherry and blackcurrant accompanied by a hint of spring flowers. Rich and smooth palate, well balanced. Fruity character with a great length.
