Product notes
Albariño contributes fruity aromas and volume on the palate. Loureiro provides good floral aromatic intensity, while Caifio adds tropical fruit and great structure. Albariño and Caifio grapes come from the lower-altitude plots-more humid and warmer areas-which result in greater concentration, lower acidity. Loureiro comes from higher-altitude vineyards with lower humidity and cooler conditions. This leads to slower ripening and vibrant Loureiro.
Production notes
After a pre-fermentative cold maceration of varying duration depending on the variety, alcoholic fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeast. After the necessary resting period, the wine is stabilized and bottled.
Tasting notes
Elegant combination, offering an aromatic range aromas of very ripe peach, pineapple, and mandarin, supported by delicate aniseed nuances and subtle saline notes. This vintage stands out on the palate for its impressive intensity of flavor. It is a fleshy, opulent yet fresh wine that fills the mouth with a long finish.
