About this winery

Château Cailleteau Bergeron is a family vineyard since 1933, located in the appellation area of Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux. For nearly 100 years, generation after generation, the Dartier family has been producing wines of quality and pleasure. Production notes

The grapes were de-stemmed, lightly crushed, and then put into the press for 4 hours' skin contact. The wine was aged on the lies until December, and batonnage was done twice a week.

Tasting notes

Pale colour with a marked and lychee bouquet and a tropical fruit nose. Round and long on the palate without aggressive acidity. This wine is ideal in aperitif or with fish ans shellfish.
