Product notes

Sandy soil and oceanic climate. The 2025 vintage featured a wet spring followed by a hot, dry summer, ideal conditions for organic farming and optimal maturation of the Sauvignons. Late August rains helped rebalance sugar concentration and acidity levels, preserving the freshness of the vintage.

Production notes

Harvests began in early September. The grapes were gently pressed, then clarified for fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged on lees (in stainless steel tanks) until December, with bâtonnage stirring performed twice a week.

Tasting notes

Expressive and fine citrus notes like yuzu (Asian citrus), then extends into a delicate bouquet of white flowers. On the palate, the texture is both firm and seductive, carried by vibrant tension. The 2025 dry summer gives this vintage a unique stamp, concentrating aromas of mandarin, grapefruit, and white flowers in a fresh, lingering finish.
