Product notes
This Chianti Classico Gran Selezione comes from the vineyards overlooked by the small Romanic parish known as "Badiòla", in the Radda in Chianti municipality. The vineyards are among the highest in altitude in Chianti Classico and benefit of an especially fresh climate.
Production notes
Hand picked harvest. Vinification in stainless steel trunk-conic vats. Fermentation at 26-28°C. Maceration for 17 days. Aged 16 months in French oak barrels (500 lt, 30% new). 5 months finissage in concrete tanks.

Great elegance and freshness, wild berries, and red fruit notes. Serve with pot roasts, game, and mushrooms.
