About this winery
The story begins at Château Paul Mas in Conas hamlet, in the splendid town of Pézenas, the city of famous playwright Molière. The estates then expanded to Montagnac, with Nicole vineyard and Mas des Tannes. Jean-Claude Mas’s great-grandfather, Auguste Mas, bought the first family vineyard in 1892, when he aquired 9 ha (22 acres) of vines in the Mas de Bicq, near the village of St Pons de Mauschiens. In 1934, Raymond Mas brings the family vineyard to a surface of 15 ha in Domaine Montredon...

Product notes
Rooted since the Middle Ages in the winegrowing landscape between Thuir and Perpignan, this domain has a view of the impressive Mount Canigou and is known for its gravelly alluvial soils.
Production notes
The grapes are destemmed on arrival before pneumatic pressing. Juice selection is made by tasting. Strict controlled temperature optimizes fermentation.
Tasting notes
Light pink color. Intense and delicate aromas of fresh red fruits (raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants). Full palate, smooth wine, with refreshing notes of pink grapefruit and red fruits. The finish lingers pleasantly in the mouth.
