Product notes
The aromatic maturity of the grapes is essential to produce rosé wines that are expressive, fruity, and floral. The Centifolia rose is known for its spicy and honeyed aromas; Traviata for its light fragrance with a hint of apple; Red Eden for its intensity; Dumas for its heady perfume; Gallica for its old rose character; and finally, Alba for its citrus notes. All these aromas and characteristics come together to illustrate the Rose Garden.
Production notes
Clay-limestone, very stony soil. Vine age from 15 to 25 years. Each grape variety is vinified separately. Destemming followed by direct pneumatic pressing. Fermentation lasts three weeks at a maximum temperature of 16°C, using selected yeasts. Racking is carried out immediately after the end of alcoholic fermentation, keeping the wine only on fine lees. The wine is then aged on these lees with regular bâtonnage for 40 days.
Tasting notes
Pale pink hue colour. Fine and subtle aromas, with notes of red fruits such as raspberry, redcurrant, and strawberry, along with spring flowers like lily of the valley, lilac, and rose. Generous and fresh palate, with good persistence.
