Pre-fermentation skin maceration. All operations protected from air. Aging on fine lees.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow color. Aromas of lychee, citrus and resin. On the palate, the intense notes of pear and white peach mingle with the flavors of pomelo and exotic fruits, giving a lot of freshness and liveliness.
