Production notes

Poor limestone pebble soils where Grenache and Cinsault express themselves. Fairly short vatting time of 10 to 15 days. No punching down (pigeage). Only one pumping over per day during fermentation. Aging between 12 and 18 months.

Tasting notes

Fruity and refreshing. Good length and fullness on the palate with very silky tannins. Spicy finish which gives it great seduction. Pairs well with cold meats, white meats and grilled meats.
